Sarah navigates a small slice of life at sixteen, infatuated with her charismatic teacher Hogan, but with no understanding of how to act on the chemistry she's certain exists between them, Sarah takes to stealing her aunt Lynn's phone to chat with older men on dating apps. The validation she receives from them is as intoxicating as Hogan's praise. Emboldened, Sarah makes a move on her teacher - and is swiftly shut down. But her moment of shame and humiliation is transformed into one of bonding and affirmation when Lynn shares some misadventures of her own.
